Digital Product Exception: Please note that all digital planners, trackers, and training systems are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. As these products are delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns on digital files.
Return Period At Mourad Erraji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a physical item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.
Refund Process Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards. If approved, we will issue a refund for 47% of the paid price. This refund amount accounts for the deduction of original shipping costs and fulfillment services.
